Trevally | Pseudocaranx georgianus

Silver bellied, greenish blue top with a yellow steak in the centre. A smaller member of the Carangidae family, whole Trevally typically are around 1kg. Fantastic fish suitable for all types of cooking. Sashimi, grilled or deep fried.
